VP of Business Development — Japan
Own the regional pipeline end to end — from the first conversation to a signed engagement — in a market where enterprise AI demand is outrunning supply.
What you will own
Build and own the regional pipeline for strategy, agent, and delivery engagements.
Open doors with C-level and functional leaders at mid-size and enterprise accounts.
Qualify opportunities against our delivery model, and walk away from the ones that do not fit.
Shape commercial proposals together with the delivery leads who will run the work.
Represent NordicAI in the regional market through events, partnerships, and industry networks.
Feed what you learn back into positioning, pricing, and the use case library.
What we are looking for
A track record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise services or software deals.
