Run AI on real machines and plants with a human in command.
Bifröst.SI™ is our proprietary Physical AI platform. It brings machine learning, artificial intelligence, and physics-grounded simulation together into one system that senses, models, rehearses and acts, with an operator able to take over at any moment.

The name
A bridge, and it is on fire.
In the Norse stories Bifröst is the rainbow bridge between the world of people and the world of the gods. The red in it is fire. That is on purpose: it keeps the frost giants from simply walking across.
We took the name because the job is the same. Intelligence has to cross into a physical plant, and a bridge that anything can cross is just a hole in the wall. So ours is guarded. Whatever goes over has been rehearsed first and checked against limits, and there is a person at the other end who can stop it.
Bifröst/Old Norse, roughly “the shimmering path”
Bifröst.SI in action
A factory floor, drilled down to the part.
A short walkthrough of our Widget Works demo plant: every floor, machine and part modelled, with live readings and alerts.
See the whole plant
Two floors, nine machines and one route from resin to packed widget.
Switch floors
Fabrication on level 0, assembly and packing on level 1.
Open a machine
Health, open alerts and live readings for the part that is wearing.
One loop from signal to safe action.
Bifröst.SI unites machine learning, artificial intelligence, and physics-grounded simulation in a single closed loop. Each layer is useful on its own. Together they let us take on problems that no single technique can solve.
- 01ML
Sense
Learned perception that turns noisy, multi-modal signals from sensors, machines, and environments into a state the rest of the platform can reason about.
- Multi-sensor fusion across vision, time series, audio, and telemetry
- Anomaly and state estimation on imperfect, drifting signals
- Models sized to run at the edge, close to the hardware
- 02AI
Model
Reasoning and planning systems that interpret what is happening, weigh options against constraints, and propose actions a human can inspect.
- Agents and planners that work within explicit operating limits
- Retrieval over engineering knowledge, procedures, and history
- Every recommendation traceable to the evidence behind it
- 03Physical AI
Simulate
Physical AI: digital twins, simulation, and synthetic data that let us rehearse the rare, expensive, and dangerous cases long before they meet reality.
- Physics-grounded digital twins of equipment and processes
- Synthetic data for scenarios too rare or risky to collect
- Stress-testing and policy evaluation before any real deployment
- 04AI + ML
Act
Closed-loop execution that carries a validated decision back into the physical system, with guardrails, fallbacks, and a human able to take control.
- Supervised autonomy with defined authority levels
- Safe-state fallbacks and hard operating envelopes
- Continuous feedback from outcomes back into every layer
Outcomes from Act feed back into Sense and Model
The problems most teams set aside.
Physical systems are unforgiving. These are the conditions our platform was built for.
Data that barely exists
Failures, edge cases, and extreme conditions are rare by nature. We generate and validate synthetic scenarios so models are prepared for events they have seldom seen.
Decisions where errors are costly
When a wrong action damages equipment, product, or people, we prove behaviour in simulation first and bound it with limits that do not depend on a model being right.
Real-time, at the edge
Connectivity is not guaranteed and latency is not negotiable. We design systems that sense and decide on-site, and stay useful when the network is not.
Messy, changing environments
Factories, grids, vessels, and fields drift. Our systems monitor their own reliability and flag when the world has moved away from what they learned.
Regulated and safety-critical settings
Governance starts in week one: audit trails, human oversight and documentation that holds up under frameworks such as the EU AI Act.
Systems that must hand over cleanly
Hard problems still end up in your team's hands. We build so your engineers can operate, retrain, and extend what we deliver without us in the loop.
Rehearse in simulation. Commit in reality.
- 01
Frame the physical problem
We sit with the engineers who own the process and define what success, safety, and failure actually mean in measurable terms.
- 02
Build the twin and rehearse
We model the system, generate the scenarios that matter, and iterate in simulation where mistakes are free.
- 03
Prove it on the real thing
Validated behaviour moves to controlled, supervised trials on real equipment, with clear stop conditions at every step.
- 04
Operate, learn, hand over
Outcomes feed back into the platform while your team takes ownership of the system, the data, and the know-how.

Tell us about your plant. We will say plainly whether Bifröst.SI is the right tool, and what a first proof would look like. If it is not, Labs can design something that is.
