Make sure our systems see the world accurately, wherever they are. You choose, integrate, and characterise the sensors every model and decision downstream depends on.
What you will own
Select and integrate sensors across vision, vibration, acoustic, thermal, chemical, and environmental measurement, depending on the problem.
Design measurement setups that capture signals with the accuracy, rate, and synchronisation the models need.
Characterise sensor behaviour, including noise, drift, calibration, and failure modes, and document it.
Build calibration and self-check routines so the system knows when a sensor can no longer be trusted.
Work with ML engineers on data quality, labelling needs, and sensor fusion.
Work with hardware and firmware engineers on signal conditioning, interfaces, and timing.
Join site visits to instrument real equipment and validate readings against ground truth.
